Power and water. Anything with a line to it gets disconnected before we touch it. Tell us what is connected.

What is under it. A slab, a septic tank, a well, a buried tank. Old outbuildings sit on all of those.

Asbestos and permits. Older structures with certain siding, roofing or flooring need a survey before demolition, and some counties want a permit. We tell you when that applies and stop there.

Salvage. Barn wood, corrugated metal, posts. If you want it kept, we set it aside; if not, metal is recycled and the rest is hauled.

What goes back. A new pad, seed, gravel or nothing. It changes how we leave the ground.
